  Mrs Roberts is the first Senior Leader to support families in our school who may be facing times of challenge. Within this role, Mrs Roberts examines our whole-school attendance regularly, notices trends and concerns and works with children and families directly to support them in improving their attendance. Mrs Roberts knows that children who are in school have greater opportunity to aspire, grow and flourish and as such will always champion your child's attendance in school.

  Miss Murphy is a full-time member of our Office Team, leading on the administration of attendance at Meadows. Miss Murphy is your first port of call for any absence or attendance enquiries and will highly likely be the person to call you if we are unsure as to why your child is not in school. Miss Murphy is exceptionally supportive and will always aim to support you in ensuring your child can return to school as soon as is possible.

  With years of experience in the field, Gill is a dedicated Education Welfare Officer passionate about supporting families and children to succeed in their education. She works collaboratively with our school to provide comprehensive attendance support to ensure that every child will aspire, grow and flourish with excellent attendance.

  Gill is committed to working closely with the school's attendance team to develop and implement effective strategies to improve attendance rates and address any underlying issues that may be affecting children's engagement in school. If you have concerns about your child's attendance or need guidance and support, Gill is available to assist you.
