During this very strange time it is important that we look after our minds as well as our bodies! There are lots of fun ways to do this.
On this page you will find some helpful tips and activities for both adults and children about looking after your wellbeing and mental health at home.
We want you to ensure that you are engaging with your all of your emotions. During the wellbeing phone calls tell the staff how you have been feeling,
not just on that day, but every day. If you have any ideas that you have been using with your family to look after your wellbeing that might help other
children, then please share these during the phone calls.
